Christina Palmer

Christina provides services for clients who are located in NH, MA and NC Christina D. Palmer grew up in Hawaii, and has been living presently on the Seacoast for the past 20 years. A graduate of Springfield College, Christina holds a Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Southern Connecticut State University. She completed her doctoral degree at Boston College. Christina is a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in NH and Massachusetts, with extensive clinical experience working in secondary education, clinics, hospitals and private practice with individuals (children, adolescents and adults), couples, families and groups.

Damion Cummins

Damion provides services for clients in LA, NC, SC and NH Damion grew up in Louisiana and attended the University of Louisiana at Monroe for his Masters degree in Community Counseling. He then attended the University of New Orleans for his PhD in Counselor Education. Damion is an LPC (Licensed Professional Counselor) and a National Certified Counselor. He is also a motivational speaker and an advocate for social justices and diversity. He has been counseling for over 14 years in a variety of settings. ​ Damion has extensive experience in working with individuals, couples, families, and groups struggling with sexual abuse, trauma, self-harm, suicide of a loved one, PTSD, addiction, grief and loss, anger issues, depression, anxiety, and suicidal thoughts. Along with his clinical work, he is also a faculty member of the Masters Counseling program at Southern New Hampshire University.

Lauren Imlay-Rosario

(she/her/hers) Lauren is a pre-licensed clinician who integrates creative and holistic approaches into her therapeutic work. She earned her master’s degree in Dance/Movement Therapy with a concentration in Couple and Family Therapy from Antioch University New England during the height of the pandemic—a time that uniquely shaped her ability to create safe and brave spaces, especially in virtual settings. Lauren’s therapeutic identity is rooted in supporting the mind-body connection, drawing on her background in movement-based therapy to deepen emotional awareness and healing. Her clinical training and internship experiences sparked a lasting curiosity in human development and how early experiences shape present-day relationships and well-being. Lauren has had the privilege of working with a wide range of individuals, from children as young as three to adults over the age of 100. Her specialties include grief, depression, anxiety, and trauma—areas cultivated through work in bereavement peer support groups, skilled nursing facilities, and virtual therapy platforms supporting individuals and couples through life transitions. In her work with couples, Grounded in the belief that healing involves both mind and body, Lauren creates safe and inclusive spaces for growth. Lauren also incorporates elements of Emotionally Focused Therapy, the Gottman Method, and Structural Therapy. She begins by exploring each relationship's constellation—its values, cultural influences, and family-of-origin dynamics—to support stronger, more connected relationships. Originally from New Hampshire, Lauren now resides in the woods of Maine with her family. She enjoys exploring nature, foraging, creating multimedia art, and has recently rekindled her love for reading poetry
