Clinical History: He has spearheaded several global social service initiatives in a variety of multi-disciplinary settings. He had contributed in many ways to the field of recovery including program design, development of recovery friendly workplace initiatives, and has served as an advisor with this focus at the state and private sector levels. Honors: Marty was named New Hampshire’s Social Worker of the Year in 2018 by the New Hampshire Chapter of the NASW and was the recipient for White Horse Addiction Center's Legislative Leadership Award. At BFT, Marty continues to be a part of leadership and provides NH Board Approved supervision. He treats individuals, couples and families and specializes in addiction recovery, family therapy, child and adolescent counseling and trauma related issues. Additional Areas of Focus: Marty has training that includes 12-Step Based Treatment Recovery, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Gestalt Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, EMDR, Contingency Management, and Family Systems Therapy. Prior to moving to New Hampshire, Colette grew up in the Caribbean where she gained an appreciation for the island's beauty, unique diversity and collaborative nature. Colette has experience working in individual and group settings across the lifespan with young children to adults on the spectrum. Her approach is compassionate, strengths-based and collaborative, focusing on life adjustments, resilience and emotional health. Specializing in late adolescent and adult health, she helps individuals, couples and families improve emotional health, relational well-being and life changes. Colette uses an integrative treatment approach grounded in systemic and relational theories, evidence-based treatments and the biopsychosocial model. More specifically, she draws from Solution Focused Therapy, Trauma Focused/Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TFCBT/CBT), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Experiential Therapy, and Classical Family Therapy approaches like Structural Family Therapy and Strategic Family Therapy that help guide families and individuals toward their goals. Clinical areas of interest include supporting clients experiencing chronic illness, women’s issues, trauma, depression, ADHD, substance use and medical family therapy. Colette holds a clinical membership with the American Association for Marriage and Family Therapy (AAMFT) and Collaborative Family Healthcare Association (CFHA).

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a focus on working with those who have experienced trauma, Lisa employs trauma informed practices that are grounded in creating safe relationships, cultivating a reflective process, and building on strengths and opportunities for self-empowerment. Lisa helps clients to improve relationships, increase self-awareness, manage challenges and navigate life transitions, incorporating mindfulness and somatic awareness to support their process. Education: Lisa received her MSW from the University of New England, MBA from Rivier University, and BS in Engineering from the University of Rhode Island. She is a Certified Trauma Center Trauma Sensitive Yoga (TCTSY) facilitator and is the past coordinator of the International TCTSY certification program. Lisa received a Certificate in Traumatic Stress Studies from the Trauma Center in Brookline, MA and completed a certification in Ayurvedic Health Counseling from the Kripalu Center for Yoga and Health. Lisa’s experience includes working in community mental health as an adult psychotherapist. She has additional training in Solution Focused Brief Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and Trauma Sensitive Mindfulness. She is a contributing author to “Yoga and Resilience: Empowering Practices for Survivors of Sexual Trauma”. Prior to moving to New Hampshire, Muriel followed her active-duty husband around the world, which gave her an appreciation for the complexity of trauma, PTSD, and life uncertainties. Muriel has experience working with individuals (teens and up) as well as couples. Muriel is trained in the Gottman method, Dialectic Behavior Therapy, and EMDR. She believes in a client-centered approach and in creating a safe environment where all people regardless of age, race, sexual orientation, spirituality, and abilities will blossom. Clinical areas of interest include supporting clients experiencing anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, relationship issues, grief, parenting challenges, and life transitions.

Kristina’s decades long career as a clinical social worker gives her a breadth of knowledge and experience to be able to create a therapeutic relationship where individuals feel safe, supported and validated. She is able to draw on various therapeutic modalities to meet clients where they are – including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Grief work, Motivational Interviewing, Compassion Focused Therapy, Trauma focused care among others. Clinical areas of expertise include anxiety, depression, grief, parenting challenges, and life transitions for individuals in late teens through adulthood.
