Executive Function/ADHD Workshops

This summer workshop is a great opportunity for students to get ahead on improving their success in school. Students who find themselves falling behind, having difficulties staying organized, or having trouble focusing on the task at hand, will find this workshop to be helpful and productive. The sessions focus on individual components of executive functioning such as attention, time management, flexibility, communication, building habits and routines, and more. A blend of psychoeducation and interactive conversation allows students to better understand the challenges they confront during school and learn tools that help them accommodate. Summer is the perfect time for students to engage in a little extra help, while their usual academic responsibilities are on pause. This workshop will help them to get ahead of the difficulties they regularly experience and set them up for a more successful school year.  Learn the difference between practicing energy management vs. time management and explore ways to recover from emotional depletion and enhance energy levels.
