Frankie is a certified Speech - Language Pathologist in the state of New Hampshire. She completed her undergraduate coursework at Penn State University, and completed her master’s degree at PennWest University (previously known as Edinboro University of Pennsylvania).
Frankie has experience in working with children and young adults in the school setting experiencing difficulties in articulation, phonology, language, AAC use, and fluency.
Frankie has a special interest in creating highly individualized treatment plans for her clients, as well as cultivating a multi - disciplinary approach.

Kendra was raised in Nashua, NH and started out in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) working with a variety of age ranges in the clinic, home, and community settings. She received her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of New Hampshire and her Master of Science in Psychology from Purdue University. Kendra also holds a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification, but has experience working with children aged 3-18 both as an RBT and as a BCBA. Kendra is dedicated to improving the lives of the individuals and families she serves through evidence-based behavior analytic practices and person-centered, individualized therapy. In addition, Kendra is an experienced ABA therapist trainer and hopes to teach the next generation how to promote positive change and increased independence for those she serves.

Amanda is our ADHD and Executive Function Coaching Specialist.
As a dedicated educator and coach from Buffalo, NY, Amanda earned her Master’s degree in Special Education from Canisius College and a Bachelor’s degree in Special Education/Elementary Education from Niagara University.
As an executive function coach, Amanda helps middle and high school students, and adults overcome procrastination, disorganization and a fixed mindset by teaching them time management, prioritization, self advocacy skills and goal setting so they can enjoy school and lead happier lives.
Through her innovative teaching strategies and compassionate approach, she helps clients develop the skills they need to succeed both academically and personally. Amanda’s mission is to inspire confidence and foster resilience in every person she works with.

Jackson is an undergraduate intern from the University of New Hampshire who is studying for a BA in Psychology.
Jackson will continue on for his Master of Science to become a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor.
He has worked as an ABA Therapist throughout college and hopes to use his experience and skills to continue bettering the lives of others.
By bridging his experience and education using psychotherapy and client counseling care he hopes to help a variety of clients. Jackson is also an integral part of developing our Care Managment Division.

As a Licensed Practical Nurse (Licensed in New Hampshire and New York), Deborah has been practicing almost 30 years.
Prior to joining BFT, her nursing career was focused primarily in School Health / Nursing.
Deb embraces the role of liason between Clinician, Family and Community and looks at wellness from a holistic perspective.
Some of her favorite activities include spending time with her family, especially her children and grandchildren.
Deborah heads up our Fullscript online dispensary and healthcare platform that offers supplements and tools to help manage patient care.
